That's not what I meant. I mean, he's a lot bigger part of Brand New than most bassists are in their bands. Some bands keep the bass way low and expect nothing of the bassist, but a lot of Brand New songs make the bass very prominent or even the main carrier of the songs. I didn't mean he's the most prominent person in Brand New, lol.

Yeah, I just now noticed it. I don't like seeing the house in the background, it doesn't seem to go with the coloring of the rest of the cover. Kinda out of place. But otherwise, I really like it. Oh yeah, that's the one I remember seeing. I always thought that one would be great cover art for the "At The Bottom" single, rather than the single bird. It's a little reminiscent of Deja, but seems like it would fit with Daisy's sound.

hahaha did she badger the fuck out of him with nitpicky questions about what kind of school environment you are being raised in? i have an asian friend who's parents fucking FREAKED when they found out... she drank coffee. hahaha. fucking caffeine. they were treating it like it was LSD or something. i was sitting there on AIM when it happened too haha, i genuinely thought someone had died or something just seeing her reaction.

Hahaha, that's such a great story. I could totally see that happening...except the funny part is my mom doesn't mind me drinking coffee but I dislike it anyway. I have soo many hilarious stories, like the time where my parents were discussing the Iraq War and my mom was like, "Instead of rebuilding their nation, we should just relocate all their citizens to the US"....yeah. I know. I didn't get to actually see my parents talk to my couselour, but the fact that she mentioned my mom and how aggressive she was so many times during our meetings were enough to show me that my mom must've been pretty bad. My couselour kept saying stuff like, "I thought your mom was pretty insistent on pushing you towards the sciences. And I remembered her saying how you were going to major in Biology or something and possibly go to med school. So why are you now switching to the humanities?" I was like...uhhhh...I never knew about any of this O__O
