Kory Jones is now an offical part of Lovedrug (http://www.absolutepunk.net/lovedrug). The band's offical statement is below. Also, the band has announced some new tour dates:
I'm excited right now because for the first time in along time it looks like Lovedrug is finally comprised of members that will actually stay in the band. His name is Kory Jones. Everyone welcome him. Cheers Kory... Welcome to the bullshit. May it not suffocate your will to live.

Our new record is finally gonna come out so it seems! So that's a good thing. I cringe when I think of the unfortunate fans that have seen us come back to their cities for the one hundred and eleventh time playing the same damn songs. THE TIME IS HERE PEOPLE! IT IS UPON US! A NEW RECORD! NEW SONGS!

NEW FEELINGS! NEW VIBES! all is well in the universe. Shalom.

i'm excited to see them in kansas city again. it's so odd though, cuz last time they were here only like 30 kids were there. i thought they would draw more than that. they are playing at the opening of the new "mainstreet cafe" venue this time around so it should be a sweet show... and they are headlining! can't wait for the new music either.

ditto. I love how as soon as i move to NYC, one of my favorite bands tours and plays 3 dates in the state i used to live in but not here.
hopefully they'll come eventually, and i'm excited about a new album
