I've seen King Khan and the Shrines twice in a little dive bar in New Haven, fucking amazing shows. King Khan and BBQ Show is equally amazing.

I was King Khan and the Shrines in this small club in Detroit called The Magic Stick. Khan is absolutely wild. His work is among the better Garage Revival stuff of the decade.

Yeah he is crazy, first time I saw him someone spiked his drink and he tried hanging from a fan and ended the night chasing down a garbage truck to ride on it. The second time he was more tame but the show was still as crazy.
