So Bayside finally has fulfilled their contract with Victory records. Now their working on a new album without a label, and im sure their gonna get PLENTY off attention from major labels (walking wounded went gold. that's 500,000 records sold. seriously) Anthony has stated the band is looking to return to that sound, claiming a "Black Parade or American Idiot sound". Im sure people will be interested.
So do they go the way of Motion City Soundtrack, Say Anything and Circa Survive and go with a major label? or keep it indy and just hop on a big hitter like Epitaph or Vagrant?

I think a "big" indie label would be more suiting because I don't think they'll sell how the majors want them to, but I could see it going either way.

Major, I would expect. Now I didn't know that Circa Survive signed to a major; which one is it?

I hope they go to Epitaph.
I can't imagine a big label signing them. If Columbia couldn't sell any Valencia records, good luck selling Bayside records. I love the band, but just not as marketable to the mainstream.
I'm surprised Circa Survive is on a major label.

Epitaph would be an awesome fit for them so would Vagrant. I'm thinking it depends on what the record sounds like and which label wants it more. My vote goes to columbia records but thats just a guess
