Is this game overrated or should I buy it?

I just picked up a DS today at Target for when I travel to movie shoots and stuff.

I just bought a ds and those are the first three games i got and i love them....except i keep getting my ass kicked on mario kart when i play through the wi-fi thing

Yeah people snake. It's annoying as hell.

I just instantly quit on snakers. Better yet I wait till the last lap of the last race right before they are about to cross the finish line. Hell, it's their own damn fault. I don't mind them snaking with other snakers, but when it is me and two other non-snakers and they pick damn Figure-8 every time they deserve it.

As for Nintendogs, it's alright to play around with, but honestly there are much better games. Here are my top 10...
