really? I don't see it that way. I didn't witness anyone trying to push any specific political agenda in this video. The video seems to ask people to open their eyes and to stop being a pawn for the government by being apathetic and complacent to the world around them. It's empowering, what's the harm in that?

I agree about the tv show part but the point wasn't that it was a tv show obviously, it was the words being expressed within the content.

Is it really being forceful to ask people to think for themselves and take a deeper look at the meaning of their lives and what's going on around them? It's a video to help people realize that there's more to life than what they see on the surface, how is that forcing anything? If we all stopped being so goddamn blind about things and feeling like we can't make a difference we could actually make a difference! Being docile and just letting the corruption continue without giving it another thought is giving approval to the powerful organizations' agenda.

I disagree. I think more and more people are becoming aware of the problems and there is nothing wrong with helping others to see what's going on as well. No one does anything to fight it? Really? What about the thousands of people who protested outside the G20 summit, for instance? What about those of us who are working to change the system? Every little action counts and if this is how the OP wants to make a small contribution, who's to blame him? It's better to do something than nothing.

I've sit at numerous vigils at the very bottom of the 77 steps to back door to the NY State House shouting to the top for equality, a budget that doesn't destroy the education system in this state. For three months over the summer, I went door to door in this city working to get individuals elected to the right positions where the proper reforms can be initiated, hopefully.
