Copeland Studio Update

Hello friends, Greetings from Atlanta. Were here holed up in the studio recording our new record, were probably about a third of the way through tracking now and were getting very excited as these songs start to take shape. For those wanting to know the album title, were pleased to announce its going to be called Eat, Sleep, Repeat and as previously mentioned, will be released on October 31.

Feel free to stop by www.eat-sleep-repeat.com for frequent updates on the record and news for the release.

Were also excited to finally have our first video entry done and up, throughout the Copeland makes a record process, we will be posting video updates from the writing of the record, to being in the studio, to whateverso stop by www.myspace.com/copeland to check out our first one and let us know what you think, a new one will be every week or so and the old ones will become podcasts for you guys to download.

Next on the list of cool things, were finally coming back to JAPAN !!....yes indeed we will be coming back in August to play SummerSonic in both Osaka and Tokyo and were also adding a special club show in Tokyo on Aug.14 thats just been confirmed !.info below:

Oh and lastly, yes we are working on plans to come back to Europe and finally make it to Australia in the very near future, so everyone whos been emailing in, please know that we are working on scheduling issues, etc. but that we miss you guys in the UK and will be back ASAP, promise !!!!

Yeah, "In Motion" was definitely one of the top releases of 2005. And for the record, I quite like the title of the new record. Its still leaves a little room for mystery, while also adding a sort of fun/playful element...

But who are we kidding, its going to be amazing anyway, so they could call it "This Bunch of Songs We Wrote, Recorded and Put On CD for You" and I'd buy it!

Am I the only one who thinks that this "Eat, Sleep, Repeat" title has to be a joke? Elegance In Transience is such a Copeland phrase, much like Beneath Medicine Tree. Please tell me you are kidding...
