Fucked up, gay school show

My school had this really cool idea to put on a show called "Westock" obviously a Woodstock wannabe. Its all the area's bands in one show, well what they could fit. They had to draw out of a hat to get slots. The show is good, we have "This Day and Age" playing, the band thats on the banners here once in a while, they're amazing, then "Wide of the Mark" a band that needs some recognition. Then "A Loss For Words" comes on and I'm somewhat friends with all three band members. They get on stage last, best for last they say, and they say that there's no more time and pull the plug before they even start. Its like 5 after 9! WTF is that? Then they say '15 minutes' and it takes them 5 to turn the power back on. They play a song ok, seems good, then about 30 seconds into their second song, power cut again and the police kick everybody out. They need a record deal fast, they're amazing but can't get money to pay for their next album.

Anyways, just a little annoyed, I can't imagine how pissed they are, cuz I'm pretty mad and I'm not in the band..

although that does suck, blame the other bands who probably went over their time limit. theres probably a noise ordinance in your town, and the police officers probably got complaints about the noise.

Yea, I can remeber what band was playing at this big park like towards all the houses and it was like 10 it was a metal band and they shut it down cus of the sounds, I mean I lived about 3 miles away and can hear it

yeah, they did something like taht at my school, called "south texas locals" and a bunch of the local abnds played. i didnt get to go because i couldnt get a ride

thats crazy cuz my school had a dumb thing like that in the begining of the school year. it was called "Knolls-Stock" cuz my school is Morris Knolls... so ridiculous
