It's really hard to say, because each album is so different. Their second two albums pretty universally accessible though (at least to AP people), and the first one is good if you like... Screamo, I guess? I'm band at defining genres. Think Norma Jean or The Bled but with more and better clean vocals. I'd start with Come Now Sleep or Son, depending on whether you like what I just described.
