how do you define concentration camp?
I'm not trying to say whatever North Korea is doing is okay or anything. I was just wondering if they were anything like the Chinese prison camps, which are absolutely horrible.
If you really want to know about the current situation (and the events that led to proliferation) in NK watch these videos

Very informative, there are six videos, about 50 minutes long all together. The load time is very short.

well when marx wrote the manifesto, he explicitly stated that the workers' revolution would take place at the highest stage of capitalism. as i am sure you are aware of, capitalism has continued to evolve into a global pheonomena that should not stop until all resources are adequately handeled and displaced. this has yet to happen, and whether or not this happens is irrelevant; russia, cuba, north korea, and china initiated communism when their economies were in infancy.
basically, communism is a theory- it says that no single entity is in power, but somebody needs to gain power in order to overthrow whatever government is in place. modern humanity cannot seize power without force and/or control, so right now it's just a catalyst to social democracies like the US.

No.
The USSR and friends just used the communist label because it provided a great way to keep state power. They could frame themselves as the natural opposite of the capitalist US. However, very little of what Stalin, Mao, Castro, Che or any of the other so-called communist icons did truly advocated a communist position since they were fine sticking with a strong central government, which is in direct opposition of a main tenet of communism.
Communism is a great theory/idea for a government, it just doesnt take human nature into account. Someone is always going to want power.

I don't believe in human nature. In my opinion, human nature becomes whatever the person defining it wants it to be for their point.

exactly, the human psyche will never allow it to work. Communism is a myth in the real world.
Can someone explain to me in some detail Chinas form of commumism? Isn't it like "Market Commumism" or something?

North Korea began its nuclear weapons program not intending on attacking anybody but was originally made for defense against possible attacks from Chuck Norris
