If Towers gives up that many runs wouldent he be pulled, probably either making it a no desision, or giving a reliver the win? I dont know many managers who would keep their pitcher in after 8 runs.
I bet one of them throws a no hitter.

I'd love to go to that game. Watching a game with horrible pitching is much better than watching a game of offensive futility.
