It's pretty sad.

Not only is he unrepentant but the two girls he did it to were 4 and 7, they were just babies. He had been convicted of this type of thing once or twice before he did it to them, and he apparently molested his daughter, which means he had been a pedophile for 60 years. The only reason he's gotten such easy sentences is because he's old and has pulled the "I was confused when they tricked me into doing the plea bargain" card, he's clearly healthy, he's still mentally sharp enough to maintain the "fact" that the victims were all children of single mothers who were "trying to take his money". He is still able to get around and live on his own, so I'm sure he's healthy enough to just stay in prison and rot there for the rest of his life.

He's 100, so the fuck what, he's been doing it for decades.
