According to Eater, the bar — formerly Anthony’s, then Skinner’s — will be named Mac’s Old Towne Tavern and co-owned by McElhenny’s wife Kaitlin Olson, who plays Sweet Dee on “Sunny.”

They own a bar on TV, and come next week, they'll own one in real life.

Almost ready for its close-up is Mac's Tavern at 226 Market St. in Old City. Its St. Joseph's Prep alumni investors include It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia creator/star Rob McElhenney and his wife/costar, Kaitlin Olson.

Targeted opening is the beginning to the middle of next week, but the real fun will begin June 22.

McElhenney, Olson, and the rest of the FX show will be in town then for their annual round of exterior shooting, and there will be a red-carpet grand opening party, says partner Eric Vesotsky.
