I'll definitely hand it to the Devils. They got hot at exactly the right time. But you gotta admit that the race would've been even more exciting (or at least the Rangers playoff chances) if the Rangers hadn't gotten plagued by so many late season injuries. That and the fact that they just started sucking all of a sudden. Oh well, the rivalry starts up again in the fall. Can't wait.

I know I am biased as a Rangers fan. But I definitley have to vote for Malik's shootout winner as one of the best moments of the season. Every time I watch it now I still laugh at his move and laugh even harder at his reaction to the goal. He acts like we should've have expected anything less from him, a guy who hadn't scored a single goal to that point in the season, haha.

Yeah definitely true. It's not like every game needs to be high-scoring like that, but it's when the goals were scored that made this game so exciting.

Definitely one of the best goals of the season. I can't say if it was the best or not cuz NHL doesn't get enough national coverage so I have no idea what good goals happened this year, especially out west.

1) Rangers/Caps (Malik's 15 round shootut insane lucky son of a bitch between the legs game winner)
2) Devils/Canadiens (No need to explain)
3) Rangers/Penguins (7-1 blowout rape up the asshole of marc andre fleury..I'm bias, i was at the game laughing my ass off)

There was one Rangers/Sabres game that was also great. The one where Lundqvist had that sick stomach save on the Afinogenov shot.

haha. my brother has two friends that moved up here when they were in middle school from St. Louis and are huge Blues fans and they always called Dough Weight: Dead Weight and Doug Waste when he was there. they hated him. that was mostly when he sucked in his first year there and whatnot.
