So excited for this, plus it comes a day before my birthday which is a killer present for me. "Silverstrand" and "Timing Is Everything" both kick so much ass, and this one should, too. "Too Much Information' isn't as rocking as I thought it would be, but it's a good second single, I think.

I know they are trying to "mature" or something, but these songs are lame.

I'll still probably buy the album just because I like this band, but I can't say I love the songs I've heard.

I like every song I've heard better than Silverstrand and Timing is Everything. I don't know what you've heard - but, I've been more than impressed with everything they've shown me.

The songs on the sampler are an acoustic demo, the song with mike herrerra (the worst new song they recorded) and the song that was one of the first recorded and the label was thinking of using as the single (until they heard the others). Judging the album on those - is drop dead retarded.

in big guy's defense, if the label releases a sampler, I believe it's meant to build up excitement for the record. If that's the case, Virgin failed on this sampler. Considering the general public doesn't know what to expect out of over it besides those songs, this could hurt them.

I'm not going to say the album will be bad, but I honestly haven't enjoyed the songs I've heard. I'll hold out for the record though.
