Andy McKee is one of the most talented fingerstyle guitarists to ever pick up the instrument. Dude's at least as good as Don Ross, and twenty years younger to boot. YouTube bringing him and Antoine Dufour to my attention years ago is literally the best thing I've ever gotten out of the website. His entire discography is just astounding. The beauty of the compositions and the flawless playing... it's sublime. There's multiple versions of Rylynn out there, too.

He's dropping a new album in February and doing a two-year word tour for it. US dates should be coming out soon.
See him live. He never disappoints. [Also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet.]

He's awesomee. Check out Justin King as well.
When I first picked up guitar, learning "Drifiting" was one of the things I wanted to accomplish. So far, I've only gotten the first 30 seconds down haha.

I was gonna say "INB4DANIEL" but I should have expected you to spaz all over this thread at the speed of light. :V
So basically, what this guy said.
Also, watch this little twelve year old kid kick ass at playing Rylynn.

My best friend is also trying to accomplish this. He's got it down pretty well, but it doesn't sound as clean as it could be - definitely a major challenge. Keep trying!
I wish there was more love for him on this site. His new CD is crazy good just like his previous work. Really love the addition of the strings along with other instrumentation. Easily my favorite acoustic player.

I'll have to check the video out when I get home. I can't access it at work.
