There are some un-confirmed Brand New (http://www.absolutepunk.net/brandnew) rumors floating around (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=146780) our forums. They're just rumors, don't believe anything until the band announces it.

I hope the records called "FIGHTOFFYOURDEMOS" . That'd be key, you know, for the 2,000 or so who get it from this website alone. It'd be a great marketing plan.

Fight Off Your Demons is such an excellent title, but really, what's important here is the music, yeah? People freaking out over how bad that rumored title sucks saying that they're not going to listen to the album because it's called that are fucking idiots and obviously not true fans of Brand New or music at all... so trivial.

i guess this is kind of on subject. i got tonights set list and demo 6s set name was mamas and the other song was called tear your head apart. i was pissed they didnt play demo 7

Tate's not one for propagating unsubstantiated rumors .... especially by putting it on the main page .... either Tate knows who the poster is or he is secretly the poster, disguising himself such that he doesn't get in trouble for revealing this ahead of time.

As much as this title isn't as good as fight off your demons, I hope it ends up being the real title just so everyone who made fun of that kid feels like a douche. It'd be funny, at least.

For some reason, I never assumed the title was "Fight Off Your Demons", I always figured it was just the theme of the record. And if it were the theme, "The Devil And God..." would make sense as a title.
