They're a fantastic British Post-Hardcord band. Given how popular Frank Turner's solo work (which sounds quite different) is, I suspect there will be a fan or two of his older work.

Staying slightly on topic here, Dom just recommended Frank Turner to me yesterday. What album should I check out first?

Love, Ire, and Song is your best bet.

They're all accessible, but my favorite is Poetry of the Deed. They're all decent listens, so you won't go wrong regardless of which LP you pick.

Don't let him take all the credit. I came up with Credasaurus, damn it!

It was a good rhyme.

Sorry, maybe "intriguing" would have been a better word. I listened to only the song you posted.

No, I mean, one song from a band is a good indicator of their sound (though it's pretty catchy). Thanks for listening, though.

Just out of curiosity, do you like Refused?

I enjoy them on occasion. Have to be in the right mood.

They're really similar in a lot of respects. I have a friend who digs Million Dead but finds Refused boring and it boggles my mind.

I'm listening to the second song you posted right now, and I mean, it's not bad. I like Refused vocals more, but I'm digging this track somewhat.

Ha, taking more jabs at me I see. Well that's fine, as long Rick's on my side and not yours.

Hey, I was joshing with you earlier. I hope you don't feel obligated to "like" them or to continue giving them a try because of me. Regardless, thanks for checking it out.

Love me some Million Dead. Harmony No Harmony is a fantastic record.

I'm much more partial to A Song to Ruin, but I'm a fan of both albums.

I searched Million Dead in the music forum and didn't receive a reply. Are you referring to general? I suppose it wouldn't take me but a second to check. Thanks for bringing this up.

When I was 17, in 2003, I paid around $50 to have A Song to Ruin imported to me. One of my favorite albums ever recorded.

Also, last year when my band opened for Frank Turner, he played "Smiling at Strangers on Train" acoustically and dedicated it to me by name. It was amazing.

I've only heard about two solo Frank Turner songs ("Long Live the Queen" is now one of my favorite songs ever), but I got into Million Dead over the summer because of a video someone posted. Harmony No Harmony is amazing. great instrumentals, great lyrics, very passionate. its great. A Song To Ruin is rad as well. "To Whom It May Concern" and "Living The Dream" are my favorites of theirs.

tried making a thread in General about em but to no ones surprise it flopped
