my guess is the fact that pete is the guy who's more in the spotlight and the one the girls fawn all over has sorta put patrick in the rare position of a frontman being able to let himself go a little. not that it makes any difference really. fuck it dude, you're a rock star. eat, drink, and be merry. (i swear i wasn't trying to quote smash mouth or dmb there)
