A few days ago, I got into a random texting conversation with a girl from across the country (won't get into how it started/how she got my number). Anyways, we've been texting back and forth for like three days now and we've been having some good conversation - well, as good as you can have over text. She seems super nice, funny, etc, and I like talking to her. Well, last night I searched her on facebook and saw her profile pic. To say the least, I have no physical attraction to her. Not saying there was a chance b/c of the distance, but is there a reason to keep the convo going? I don't wanna seem shallow cuz I still think she's cool and all, just not sure why we're talking so much and where it's going.

i agree with your post but at the same time, if she's cool to chat with, what's the harm in continuing to text with her? Sometimes people actually become attracted to people because of their personalty. Yeah, I know that's rare and would probably take more maturity than most of us have, but still, it's just texting, why not keep it going?
