These guys deserve their own thread.
Three solid releases and a bunch of other material, these Canadian indie rockers know how to make great music.

Sick band. Love these guys, and finally know where I'm going to interview them!
Marriage is great, The Curve of The Earth is better, and Years was an interesting development.
Good thread.

You'll have to post your interview with them once it happens. I've had the privilege of seeing them live twice, and they never cease to amaze.

I definitely will, and it'll likely be featured on sunonthesand, as well. I found out where the lead singer plays solo shows once a month, and it's within walking distance of my house. So I'm pretty pumped.

There's a shadow clinging lyrically by and by
To the devil on the roadside
There's an angle envious of mystery
Like young leaves, like young leaves
I still need to find Romano in this town.

Finally, a few replies. Such an excellent band. Marriage and The Curve Of The Earth are incredible. These guys never stop touring either.

Hopefully they've picked up their live performance energy since October. Played a hometown show in October and were absolutely lifeless

Andrea, you'll enjoy this.
Other dude: I've seen them a few times, and they're wicked live. Maybe they were having an off-night.

Hopefully going to see them on Friday. I haven't seem they play since Years came out.

Finally found Daniel, Fred, & Julie, the aptly-named collaborative album featuring Daniel Romano (lead vocalist/songwriter/lyricist of Attack in Black). Though lacking in production, it's sounding pretty good so far. I love how Canadian it sounds.

Daniel Romano put out an album called Workin' for the Music Man last year. You should definitely check it out to get your fix.
