Know any? I've been in love with them for such a long time now, and I never get sick of listening to their songs.

I'm interested to see the responses to this one. I'd love another band that's got a similar sound.

The correct question is "bands that You, Me, and Everyone We Know sounds like?" The answers-- Say Anything, Motion City Soundtrack, Fall Out Boy, Panic At the Disco, Houston Calls.

I just was on their myspace a few days ago, there was a blog saying that even though 2 members quit earlier this year, not to worry, they are recording a full length this winter

Take Cover. They've played with them a bunch and Take Cover's vocalist has been playing keyboard and doing back up vocals for YMAEWK on Warped Tour and for some shows after that. Check out their thread here (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=1339841).

I absolutely love You, Me, and Everyone We Know. Can't wait for their full length to come out. I hope I'll get to see them live again, they put on an awesome show.

They're so good. Thanks for commenting in my thread haha, most people didn't give it the time of day. I think a lot of people here would like Take Cover if they gave them a try. I'm just trying to get the word out, they don't seem to want to listen.

They're such a solid band - amazingly catchy tunes.

I couldn't disagree more with the bands you posted. You think YM&EWK sounds like Fall Out Boy? I don't know what FOB you've been listening to, but I would love to hear it. Other than the tonal similarities in vocals between Say Anything and YM&EWK, I don't think a single band you mentioned sounds similar to them. I mean, PATD sounds like YM&EWK? seriously?

I haven't listened to this band before, but will definitely give them a shot! Any particular album worth investigating?

They don't have a full length out yet, but they do have two EPs. I would recommend The Last Word EP. The self titled EP is good too, but I like the 2nd one better.

Woah woah woah, I like how you think I listed those bands as an insult or something. All the bands listed are bands I respected to some degree and YMAEWK is one of my favorite bands. There is a lot of FOB on their latest EP and the vocals/lyrics on their first EP are pretty much 1/2 Say Anything 1/2 Panic. Judging from your post I'd guess you haven't listened to the bands I've listed a lot, or enough to make a judgement on their influences on YMAEWK.

With the exception of a couple that i don't know, No one has listed anything even close...
I can't really help you for your search other than saying that.
I feel your pain though, YM&EWK are fucking solid

Oh, you'd guess that judging from my post? I've probably tallied up more listens on most of those bands than most. I'm not exactly sure how you derived that I thought you were insulting those bands, but I was mainly calling into question how you could possibly draw connections between those groups and YM&EWK.

I fail to see how Ben and Brendon's vocals are similar. Obviously the vocal similarity between Ben and Max is uncanny, but I really don't see the rest. If you can give me some examples of these similarities you speak of, I'd be happy to go back and listen again. I just don't see it. But then again, according to your lucid view into my listening habits, I haven't listened to the bands listed a lot so what would I know...
