Because I'm a good kindhearted person, I'll give you some serious advice, even if you arent real.

If by a bloody discharge, you mean light bleeding, and you're cramping on one side, then (an the extreme case) you might have an ectopic pregnancy. If the discharge is smelly, you might have an STD. You need to go to a doctor, I'm sure the school nurse could kind of help, or have a friend take you to a clinic. I doubt you'll get much help though unless you tell your parents because you're too young to give consent yourself.

if that means you have to tell your parents, oh well, tell them and go see the doctor
being embaressed or reprimanded is way less important than a medical condition
& seeing as how it's lasted for that long, I'd say it's serious
