That had to be the most one-sided, biased review I have ever read.
"The pandemonium began even before Taking Back Sunday took the stage, as hundreds of concertgoers overwhelmed security and jumped the barricades, leading to what had to be the biggest mosh pit in Nassau Coliseum history."
This guy must not have been there when RATM's crowd all left the seating to get on the floor. It was the most frightening crowd I've ever seen.

I was at the show. It was good. Word of advice. If you are on the floor DO NOT WEAR SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS Man i can' t tell you how many feet i stepped on and stupid little girls getiing mad over it. Shut the fuck up and wear some sneakers go sit in a seat if you don't want your petticure messed up.
It was a good show. A&A played a bit tool long they played the whole album and then Tom sang box car racers "there is" which was bad ass

I agree
"You're So Last Summer" and "Cute Without the 'E'" are destined for the Long Island Songbook of future generations next to "Piano Man" and "New York State of Mind" - as are the "I saw them when" stories."
comparing tbs to billy joel is a little ridiculous.
" "I used to deliver deli food not too far from here," Lazzara said"
is awesome though

Pretty much the same thing, only with a lot of screaming young girls. Annoying. As. Fuck.
I honestly think some of them should be banned from shows. But I guess it comes with the territory.
AVA was underwhelming. TBS at least made it worth the trip.

I don't think they played the whole album. I'm almost positive they missed do it for me now, a little's enough, and i think another. Although I gotta admit, most of their sound was so muddy I couldn't hear which song was which half the time.
"There is" was cool with the spotlight in the crowd, and "the war" was great. Everything else was a cool stage show and thats it.
"Angels and Airwaves gave a strong hour-long set of songs"
an hour? damn. that sucks

If I could see any TBS show it would be either this one or the one where they oppened for Weezer last summer on LI. This is a great tour wherever you see it though.

I think TBS played a lot better this time around than the Weezer show. They were good then, but they were just so much tighter this time around.

I started bugging out when they played spin and people didn't like it. I mean i guess i could have jsut jumped in the biggest mosh pit in Nassau Coliseum but it jsut wasn't that close to where i was i had to seek it out.
it really wasn't all that big...at all

i wasnt at this show, but i was at the one in six flags.
i dont know if he did it on long island, but when tom was talking did anyone think he was speaking like he was a prophet? like really. at the nj show he was like preaching a bit of positivity, which is basically what lies behind the album. but he was also saying things like..."thank you for coming on this journey with ME"....."this is MY new band" like he kept refering to himself.
also, the bassist in the band looks like such a tool and i think the only reason why he is playing base cause his dad owns geffen or something, haha, like for real.
also, when i saw them, there was so much going on that you couldnt tell if they were really singing or if it was dubbed, or who was really playing instruments.....it was wierd.

It was an amazing show, especially since I was in the front. Here's a clip of Adam singing Divine Intervention. Unfortunately I didn't get the speal about the deli. But here's the link

OH! the secret is out about Glen. He's a fan of TBS! Just like the peeps who run this site are huge fans of FOB and your a fan of whatever band you fancy. By the way did you go, cuz if you did and you were a fan of TBS, playing before a home crowd doesn't get any better than this.

touche.
I was genuinely happy for the guys on that night. It was a night for them to celebrate. But I think personally I loved the irving plaza show where there were less little girls and it was just like a party among friends that knew their favorite somewhat unknown little band was about to graduate into a huge band.

I'm pretty late on this but I was there, and it was awesome when everyone hopped the barrier onto the floor. TBS put on a really good show, although the crowd was filled with idiots wearing sandals and girls screaming at the sight of crowdsurfers. Adam has clearly improved vocally compared to how he sounded in past shows. He sounded dead on almost all of the set, including divine intervention which he played acoustic. I was really happy for them, they just seemed so humbled by the reaction they got. I think Timberwolves at New Jersey was my favorite song of the night, just amazing.
