I think the record as a whole will be amazing. New Medicines (the song) was one of my least favorite off NM. I kinda like Narcotic, though.

Well that's certainly different...I can still hear some of New Medicines in it. Not too bad, but I bet they're getting rid of the screaming, if this song is any indication. Reminds me of another band, but I can't put my finger on it....

guys,,, they are not trying to "get big" and they won't "pull a finch"... they turned down major labels to put this cd out so that's "obviously" not true.. and as for pulling a finch ... well, i agree they very well may lose some "New Medicines" fans, but the true fans will really dig this new album ,, plus, they'll make a lot of new fans with this cd too. and for everyone that's already speaking negatively about the album ... - there's 13 other songs you havent heard yet ,, wait till October 31st and then we'll credit your opinion.. till then,, enjoy the few songs they'll post in the meantime ,, (or don't... that's ok) . but seriously ,, the new album blows everything they've ever done out of the water so dont make a judgement about the "entire" ablum until you've heard the "entire" album ,, it is amazing.

that might be the worst song EVER. dp has been one of my fav bands for years... what the hell was that? I hope the whole album isnt like that... or I am going to be extremeley disappointed. that song... SUCKS

haha .,., just an opinion ,, like i said ,, there's 13 other songs on the record .,., i'm sure you'll like it when you get to hear the whole album in context ,, for me (and i've been a fan since before fourwallblackmail) this cd is better than ANYTHING they've released to date.
