but it makes me sad that there's no room for locals on these shows.

Not me, cause a lot of times when locals are able to get on a show, they end up sucking 75% of the time.

Not me, cause a lot of times when locals are able to get on a show, they end up sucking 75% of the time.

maybe it's just us, but we have some seriously good locals around here. and honestly most of the time (not this tour really, but some others) the bands that they bring as openers are terrible.

Um no Seattle dates I want to see Sugarcult again. They put on such a good show last time through and that time they brought Hawthorne Heights with them.

Yeah, all these shows should be bumped a month back, so the August shows are in September. Also, Sugarcult is doing a November tour and hitting any cities that they missed during this tour (they said they were hitting Florida for sure); I don't know if the support acts will be the same or not, though I'm betting it's a different batch of bands since the tour will probably be a month + apart.

maybe you dont understand how this kind of thing works...you cant have a major band that didnt start out as a local band. aside from panic, but they dont count. every band you listen to today started as "some shitty local" show some respect to those trying to do what they love, and just support them

as for the person who said the spill canvas promised they'd be back this summer at the MCS show...i know I talked to nick and he said they were gonna do a headlining run with acceptance in july or august...that obviously fell through.....then the Mae tour is only having them on the east coast and NOW this though isnt coming to the NW
