Life in Your Way (http://www.myspace.com/lifeinyourway) has signed with Solid State Records (http://www.solidstaterecords.com). They will be recording their new album in the fall with GGGarth. Expect their new album out in 2007.

I love this band. Likely the best thing on Indianola.

ignite and rebuild kinda sucked, but the first one was pretty solid, and their live performance was good too
but i doubt they'll put out a good record on this label
Good news, i like this band.

Good news, nice band. I saw them a few weeks back with Shai Hulud.
I just got Ignite and Rebuild and it's sick. Indianola's has soo many good bands. That's great though--congrats to them.

AWESOME!
As a previous poster said, they remind me of Shai Hulud, and that is why I love them, since Shai Hulud is one of my all time favorite bands.

even though they seem like a better fit with indianola, i hope they can put out a good record with solid state

Now let's see how long it takes for Solid State to post this news on their website...T&N and SS seem to be extremely slow/bad about posting new signings, and they pretty much NEVER post about their bands breaking up or moving to different labels; I don't understand it.

I hate GGGarth he's a terrible producer

Not trying to hate on this band, but I like most of Solid State's output as of late, but the last two bands they have signed, have had a bit of a generic metalcore thing going on...

Solid State have made two really good choices the past few months--Signing Inhale Exhale and now Life In Your Way. Two really great bands!

saw this coming
destroy the runner is the other band signed recently. funny how their album release date is in september, all they have is one demo up, and theres no news of anything on any solid state media. i think this will get pushed back.
and oh yes i agree with the TN/SS slowness. its kind of silly how you'll find pretty much no news on the 4 recent signings, but you'll see about 25 posts on the underoath release. no posts on the bands that left.
