So Angels & Airwaves posted their new single, what do you guys think? I really like the song as a whole, still feels like their last couple cd's but definitely a step in a new direction.

agree, it seems like they're kind of locking down what they want to sound like. i think the songs great

Not as bad as I was expecting from AVA. I honestly think I'd enjoy this band a lot more if had anyone other than Tom on vocals. His voice works really with blink-182, but it just isn't suited for this kind of music.

its cool sounding...but toms voice doesnt fit it at all
and the accent bothers me so much, it was definitely never that pronounced in Blink, hope it stays that way

I think those people who didn't like Toms voice weren't being specific to this song necesarily, but to his singing in AVA overall.

I actually think I'd agree with most of these people about Toms voice, thing is blink spawned all my other musical tastes so it just sounds normal to me.
