Last time I went to warped was when it was held in Asbury. Which is the better date..the one in Englishtown or camden? Are any of them like in Asbury when it was in the parking lot? THanks for any info

ive gone to the englishtown show the last 2 years and i am going again this year... if your not familiar with the venue, it is a raceway park with a two large fields on either side of it. One of the fields is used for parking and the other field is where the actual concert takes place. There are two entrances into the concert, one from the field that was already mentioned, and another parking lot that is smaller and is supposed to be the entrance for people that are getting dropped off. In regards to the actual concert, I have no complaints. The stages are spread out and the only complaint is the two main stages are on opposite ends of the field and its a nice walk in between. All of the bands' tents are in between these two stages and they are set up pretty nicely as well. There is a lot of food/water vendors except it gets pretty steep and they have bathrooms inside so you dont have to go in a portapottie (or however you spell it)

i've been to the englishtown warped the past two years.
the traffic once you get onto the local road is terrible.
you can take some backroads and cut the line though
it is a bit fun fuckin around with people who decide to walk instead of waiting in the car.
there's always a skating banana suit kid.
i hear the camden one is easy to get to if you wanna take mass transit. there's a train station right there.
the only thing is...
it's camden. the number one most dangerous city in the country.

during the daylight camden isnt a problem - especially at a major concert because they put police effin EVERYWHERE because it would kill business if someone got shot, haha.
camden is also mainly in the parking lot (you park in a garage), but some stages are actually INSIDE the tweeter center. but the main 2 are in the tweeter parking lot right next to each other, and most side stages are in that general vicinity.
it's VERY accessible (right off 95 / 295), train station nearby, and frequent "riverline" trolley visits right next to the lot.
hope i helped.

englishtown is usualy pretty good i've gone to a few shows there but most of my time there is spent at the race track or at swap meets with my friends. the track area is usualy really nice and the races are always good. i'm gonna goto the warped tour with my brother this year as his graduation gift from me. he went last year but i couldn't go because i was in Florida with a friend, from what he said it was really good but incredibly hot and there were a lot of preppy people who went to see fall out boy mocking the good bands and tryng to start fights. His one friend also got sunburnt pretty bad the one year they went. i have never been nor do i know anyone who went to the camden show.

Camden was a ton of fun, some of the smaller stages were unorganized due to a lack of preparation for their sets on the large board, but for most bands, you could get where you wanted to go to see them. It's very hot, very expensive and very crowded. There's also a big section of sand near the smartpunk stage which results in large puffs of sand when people open the pits.
