Site Not Updated As Much

It may just be me, and this post is in no way intended to offend anyone at AP.net, but I feel that over the past year the amount of updates has severely been cut back. I remember back in the day having to update the page very frequently in order to even keep up with the info and I just don't feel like it is that way any more. Nowadays I see a post stay on front page for way longer periods of time and often new posts are related to each other i.e.: "What Should We Ask XXX Band" and that will stay up a few days and then that interview will be posted a few days later with the "What Should We Ask XXX Band" post only a few threads below it.

I feel like news is less 'newsy' and more "Fall Out Boy Goes Viral" - like I said, it may just be me, but if you guys and gals can pump more info out I'd love it.

Keep up all the good work - I still read this site - that's saying something.

Please submit more news and we'll post it. You're probably noticing it now because there's much less news toward the end of the year as labels don't release much and would rather wait until after the holiday season and such. No worries, things will pick up soon.

In addition to this it would be nice if there were actual new articles. I used to come here for news on my favourite bands, but these days the site seems to be an aggregation of one line news articles pointing to a twitter page or myspace account. Aside from the obvious fact that half of the news items have nothing to do with music, I also see repeats of news I get on my RSS feed from other websites. Some fresh content would be nice. Hire some writers.

Another thing I've noticed is how snooty and uptight the staff can be. Any time someone offers some feedback regarding the website they get a reply directly trying to point out how dumb they are. I guess it's more important to AP to outsmart everyone than actually listen to the fans/readers' opinions.

That's all I have to say, I hope the website continues its success.
