Recently acquired one for cheap, thought about selling. Thinking I should learn while it's around, any tips on where to start? I play 6-Strings and bass already just don't really know what to do with a 7-String...

I had a 7 string too. It got stolen, and it sucks because sometimes I'd bring it out just to shred on and play really ridiculously low tuned distorted riffs... just for fun of course. I think it'd sound like a whole lot of wanking if I actually released music like that.
