It's probably the most literal movie ever. It's a movie that is about snakes...on a plane.

Are you serious?... holy shit... I figured it was some code that signaled a plane had been hijacked... who the fuck would make a movie literally about "snakes on a plane"???

I wondered about this too.

Simple answer: It's a movie made blatantly bad. You're supposed to laugh at it's badness. Everyone is so excited because hollywood rarely does/"allows" this and it's bound to be a cult film. Look at the trailer. It's hillarious. I'm not being sarcastic either, fyi.

see also: showgirls (not sure if that was intentional though). people watch this because it was so bad, and they love to laugh at it. therefore making it a classic.

Wow.

I just assumed it was some Conan O'Brien skit or something.

I hope to god though you aren't saying Blade Runner is intentionally bad, or bad in any form...

What?

SOAP is like the most hyped movie ever. Nobody will shutup about it. I'm shocked if you're serious.

I'm in shock and awe. All I know is I can't wait to see Samuel L. Jackson take out some motherfuckin' Snakes on a motherfuckin' Plane.

pretty much the worst movie ever made. I guess I haven't bought into the hype.

i think they producers of it are geniuses. think about it. they made a movie so blatently cheesey and self explanitory that people will flock to the theatre just to see what all the hype is about. its just smart.

Well.

I don't really watch TV much, at all. And when I come online I mostly hang out on video game sites.

I honestly did think this was a Conan O'Brien skit, mostly because the only place I ever heard of it before recently was some skit I was half watching on TV and assumed was Conan.
