Absolutely loved it. Not only was it well done and effectively jumpy, but the dismemberment system of combat was new.

I didn't get scared, I just find it REALLY hard to get scared in movies/games, but the atmosphere was pretty much perfect.

i remember the previews when this game first came out. i'm not really into video games too much, but i've always had some weird obsession with games like resident evil or silent hill. i'll have to check this out some more.

My favorite game of 08, I rented and completed it like 6 times. Picked it up for like 8 bucks a while back, I suggest everyone else check it out.

Beat it on the Xbox 360 when I rented it. Bought the PS3 version on Black Friday. I've been busy the past month, so I haven't gotten very far, but it's still as amazing as the first time I played it. The sequel can't come soon enough.
