At their show in Providence, RI tonight, Streetlight Manifesto (http://www.streetlightmanifesto.com) announced that their new album will be released sometime in January, 2007. Additionally, the band performed two new tracks from the record.

I don't think that it's possible to do that, but streetlight is so good that maybe they can.

"2006 is going to be a big year for Streetlight Manifesto."

How'd that go for them?

Give me new BOTAR and I'm totally cool.

If they ever get to the point where you can pick and choose the celebrity genes you want for your kids, I'm giving the little rascals a little bit of Tomas Kalnoky.

How good is this guy? He goes back and essentially releases a remix of a CD he made 10-odd years ago, one of the best punk ska albums ever, and gets away with it because the changes he made were that damn good that they actually merited a purchase. JESUS. That's talent.

I can't fucking wait.
