DVD Regions

Does anyone know a way to convert a DVD player to play a DVD from a different region? If not, is there a way to buy some sort of universal region DVD player or another way to watch the DVD? I don't have much experience in this area so I'm not really sure.

I've been trying to find one all morning, but all the places I've found say Toshibas can only be hacked internally and the instructions and code that I found for my portable DVD player are impossible to do. Do you have a good website for codes?

regionless dvd players aren't to hard to find anymore. in fact, a lot of times the $30 ones at walmart are regionless.
