The drums are a post-punk band that are supposed to be watched closely within the next year. They have released one EP unofficially entitled Summertime EP. Check em out.

Saw them live a week ago, they put on an awesome show considering they were the first band on in front of about a 5000 capacity venue. I much preferred his voice live too.

So they're getting pretty big over here nowadays.

Enjoying the album right now, especially as it's a hot Summer evening. Perfect soundtrack for it.

Has anyone heard Elkland, the band that The Drums' singer used to sing in?

I grabbed the leak and I like the album. It's fun. It's a more angular Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin...kinda.

The self-titled is pretty dank. I forgot to put New Order on my iPod, but this is filling in pretty capably.

Super fun album. I'm writing a review for my campus paper and Sun on the Sand this weekend.
They sound a lot like The Cure sometimes. Really like them.

Great album, adored them live and their album is a perfect follow up to that live gig.
