Bobby Jackson will be signing with New Orleans.

PJ Brown will likely be traded to the Bulls for Tyson Chandler.

thoughts on this?

I think the Brown for Chandler is stupid.

why the hell would the bulls trade a young guy like chandler for 72 year old pj brown? it doesnt make sense to me

Brown for Chandler is kind of strange for the young and coming bulls team. Maybe they're looking for some veteran leadership.

It's all about experience in the leauge. The bulls are going to make a big run for big ben, so they're making room for him.

i do think it was kinda of strange to trade for an older guy. but production wise, pj brown is a better player. and a much better defensive player. plus he's very very healthy he's only played less than 70 games once in his career. it's tough to find players who are THAT healthy.

I'm guessing that they like getting out of Tyson's huge contract. PJ's probably ends sooner, and he's a better offensive player. Guy's got a nice jumpshot. Chandler's probably a better shotblocker, but if you're going after Ben, you NEED some more offensive production from your frontcourt. Ben/Chandler would be the worst frontcourt offensively in the entire league. You can atleast count on PJ to hit the open J.

well pj is probably a FA so they can get rid of his contract. Don't need Chandler in there if they are going sign Ben Wallace.
