I've noticed this too when i would poke my belly button.
One time, a month ago i picked my belly button, and then i got an infection inside my belly button. Like pus would come out and it would smell bad. So i went to the doctors and learned that i have an umbilical hernia ( most people apparently have it and don't know about it). Perhaps the unbilical hernia could be related to this pain in the weinerhead when poked.
All i know is that im not gonna be fucking with that area after a 100 dollar doctor visit, and medications to treat my infection.
