I love that movie. I used to rent it all the time but never really understood it 'till a few years ago. Still though, great movie. Plus it has token black man Samuel L "Mothafuckin' Snake Killa" Jackson.

sphere is a good movie. I really wanted to see the giant squid. also, event horizon is another great movie like this.

What are the main differences between the book and film?
Uhhhhh... everything. execution, no queen latifah, no cheesy death sequences, way more in-depth plot, etc. etc. I haven't seen the movie since the day it came out in theaters, so it's hard to say but god damn was that movie a let down. you seriously need to read the book. it's not that hard of a read (his books never are) but that book is so damn good.

I thought it was a pretty good movie, but the book, as in most cases was much better. its been couple years since ive seen or read either though so im not sure i could do well at explaiing the diffrences.
