Doin it for the Money is an exciting punk/ska band that has already recorded a six-track demo and a live video performance, as seen on TV's "The Couch".
The band was formed in Sydney, in December 2005 out of the ashes of several local bands (including; G-rac and the Rackets, Premium Jesus, the Yuppie Hunters, The Four Big Rooters and The Tome Experience).
Lead singer Oily the mighty scrotum-stretcher, guitarist Gay-Nix, bassist Poo (left pocket), and drummer Kaspar have played with bands such as The Black Market (QLD), Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (Germ), Fatman's Cleavage (QLD), Steppin Razor, Front Your Enemy, P!nk and many more.
Doin it for the Money is due to appear on a national punk and ska bands compilation, released by Black Market Records, named The Black Marketeers Vol III. DIFTM will also be releasing an album in the not to distant future on Black Market Records. Check them out at www.blackmarketrecords.com.au
