I will be interviewing Sunny and Kyle of The Stiletto Formal (http://www.absolutepunk.net/thestilettoformal) next week. Please leave any questions that you might have for the band in the replies and I try my hardest to get them all answered. You can pick up both of their EP's on Smartpunk.com (http://www.smartpunk.com).

Ask what it's like to have every single venue ask you if you're "really in the band, like, on stage"?

Hahahhahahaha.

When are they going to get signed?
and when are they going to release a full lenght?

yes. and yes. those are the two things I need to know most.

Since the lyric book for "This Is My Boomstick" says each song is meant to be read as a short story....what are these short stories? Is there any particular theme you guys had for "This Is My Boomstick" like the one you had for "Masochism in the Place of Romance"?

And of course...the other necessary questions: Signed? Full-length?

Since Sunny and Shelly are girls people think that they aren't really in a band.

not to mention, they are incredibly fortunate in the sex appeal department.

With the changes at drummer occurring as This Is My Boomstick was released, we haven't heard what Pat brings to the table. Will there be a difference in the style of drumming on the next album, can we expect more of the same, or will it be somewhere in between?

Kyle seems to have a much easier time singing the newer songs live. Was there a conscious effort to tone down the vocals on the latest ep?

Do you still allow people up on the stage after the cello incident at Modified?

Since a vast majority of your fans are under 21, are you doing anything, or will you be doing anything in the future to appeal to a more mature audience (i.e. 21+ shows, playing with bands that don't get coverage on AP)?

What are the main inspirations for the band, lyrically, composition wise, and to stay on the road and continue doing what you do?

What bands do you feel have influenced your sound?

What're you currently listening to/reading?
