Bedlight For Blue Eyes (http://www.bedlightforblueeyes.com) has posted a brand new song called "Waste My Time" on Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/bedlightforblueeyes). The song will be featured on the upcoming Trustkill Takeover II compilation, due out on Oct. 31st.

It kind of reminds me of Cartel - Honestly at the chorus
I like this guy's voice better than the old singer's, though.

Not Bad... but hard to get to use to a differnt vocalist. i loved the last one. Both aren't bad tho. Sounds good. and have to agree sounds a bit like cartel.....

I really like the new singer. The old one was good but he didnt match the band imo. This is much better

The singer sounds similar to Christian. While I enjoy Christian's voice I think the new guys voice works better with them.

I hated the old singer, this new guy is awesome. I'd love to see him in a better band. =P
That being said, this song is pretty awesome and I hope it reflects their newer music. A lot of their old stuff was utter crap.

So yeah, I could barely tell that this wasn't Christian when the singing first started. Interesting.
im still listening to it for the first time, but this song could make them huge. Im actually really excited for a new full length, which says alot cuz I absolutely loath their first effort

i agree. i thought it sounded a lot like christian to begin. but that was just the first few lines. this guy has a voice with a large sum of the same qualities christian had tonally(this line makes fuck all sense to me.). where in the world does bedlight come up with these insanely talented singers?
well as much as i wanted to bash this.....its pretty damn good.
shit i still thought this was christian until i read these posts.. i think theyve got a keeper here. catchy as hell song too

i think it sounds awesome, christian is a different singer all together so to compare the two is not even worth it. they both do a great job at singing. stoked for the boys to keep making music
This really suprised me, I didn't expect them to find someone just as good(maybe better) than Christian. I really like this new song.

very hopeful song. I like the new singer, he does sound a lot like the old dude, which isnt a bad thing, I liked the dawn and im interested to see this new direction. the music is a bit poppier, and the vocals match it. i like this.

this is a different singer? honestly it sounds to me exactly like the old singer. might just be me but oh well. we'll see what happenes when they record a full length

What an awesome song - the new singer does sound a little like Christian, but I think they've got a solid replacement here. I mean, I enjoyed Christian's voice too, but Danny sounds like a fuckin old pro here.

my thoughts exactly. i listened to their "Waste My Time" and then "Dig On This" and Christians voice is better, but he seems like his voice doesnt go with the music. But he is an amazing singer, his voice sounds incredible on their cover of Third Eye Blind's "Jumper", but this new guy Danny is very, very solid and that song is catchier than any of their other stuff.

Gotta agree with everyone else here... sounds exactly like Christian - which is great for them. Also yeah the chorus definitely borrows a bit from Cartel - Honestly.
I like Christian's voice more, but I think Danny is a pretty damn good replacement. I was really woried about a replacement after losing Christian, but they did a good job of finding someone new. And as others have said, Danny's voice fits better with Bedlight...I just hope Christian gets a new band that really fits his vocal style...

the guy's got an excellent voice. Thought it was Christian at first, but then I started noticing differences. Oh also, it does a lil like Cartel, just a few riffs here n there

singer sounds a lot like christian, but he's still good, and i agree with everyone that said this sounds like cartel. its definetly a lot poppier than their old stuff, there's one part that almost could be a clap-along

i saw them a little while ago and the new singer is fuckin amazing. i got some videos on my phone if anyone wants to see it.
my favorite is that high note that he holds out in reciprocal. he didn't hit it at first but adjusted and no one noticed (until i watched the video again)
