there were tons of really good people. she sucked though. the best by far was the guy who did knocking on heavens door.

No kidding. Sting's solo work has tarnished their legacy enough as it is.

I did like the guy who did Billy Idol was easily the best...and his attitude towards the other "rockers" this early in the game is shades of JD from last season.

Im not into this season as much as last year because I loved INXS so much before the show and was interested in the future of the band. I wanted Marty to win because I thought JD was a prick but after hearing "Switch" and Marty's album I think that INXS made the right choice. Marty was better but his sound didn't mesh with the INXS sound as well as JD.

The rest of the people haven't figured out yet that they're auditioning for a ROCK band and not American Idol. Some of them have great voices, but not for this band. I put money on the fact that the winner is somone in my top 3.

there's a band named supernova. they're suing the show for blatantly ripping off the name.

and one of the big pieces of evidence in the lawsuit is an email from butch walker telling them that he tried to talk the show out of using the name supernova, and that he told them there was already a band with that name, but they didn't care and used it anyway.

I have all my favorite performances bookmarked on youtube, I have watched Toby's original like 10 times today. It was so nice of Toby to dedicate his performance to Steve Irwin.

his voice is bad live, it will come off even worse recorded. and the way he sings, his voice isn't going to last. put him in a full time touring band and he blows out his voice within five years.

I agree, on all levels.

I believe alot of people refer to this show as a "joke" because it's lumped in with the majority of reality television, but it's extremely entertaining. It's incredible to see someone you've met, and especially someone whose dream it is to do just what they're striving for on the show.

I totally called it. Too bad Lukas won. Toby and Dillana had much better vocal abilities and Dillana was great to watch every single time. At least everyone will have a successful solo career.
