How does one go about getting a job out of college with a record label? I know internships help, but then I suppose the question is, how do you get those? It seems the only people I know that ever score internships like that know someone.

What sort of qualities do you look for in bands? Who has been your personal favorite group signed to your label and why?
As mentioned above, how does a person become involved with a label right out of college? What sorts of qualifications or skills are necessary for label?
How does one run a label and what kinds of pressures or problems do you face? Has the time and effort been worth it and do you feel that Trustkill is a sucessful label? What has been your favorite moment in Trustkill's history?
If you could sign any act right now, or any band from years past, who would it be and why?
And lastly, where do you hope to see Trustkill in the next five years?

How do you respond to people who claim/say that bands either A) sell-out or B) will be forced/pressured into changing their sound to be more marketable by signing to your label?
Who is the best/biggest band they've pasted on signing.
I have a crash romeo trading card, will you trade me for a This Is Hell card?

i) How many people do you currently employ at Trustkill?
ii) Approximatly how many hours do you think you work in an average week?
iii) Do you think it's possible for a record label to have too many bands?

Ask him why his label sucks now and every band they touch turns to garbage. Also ask him why they have missed the boat on about every good new artist of the past year and a half while labels such as Equal Vision and Vagrant have been working hard to snatch up new bands.

-what band was his biggest risk in signing?
-does his label, like so many others, feel the pressure to find the next big thing? will he continue to sign on more bands until he finds this, or is he totally satisfied with what bands he has as of now?
-could he ever see TK being like labels such as Victory, Fueled By Ramen, or even Epitaph?
-is it difficult to keep each band happy on your label? how important is each band's wishes in the grand scheme of things?
-how realistic is it to maintain a personal relationship with each band?
-on the spring sampler, there were 2 songs by Eighteen Visions. is this a band they are trying to push?
- what is the best part of being the president of TK?

how does he feel about how It Dies Today is about to become thing in metal
Any regrets? What was the reason you started the label? Did you ever feel like giving up and it wasn't worth it? What was your big break? Ever sign a band from a demo mailed in to your po box? Favorite album to come out so far this year?
I used to worship this label when I was in high school.

In AP this month, it says Roses are Red are the "Outcasts" of the label...
Does he consider them that also?
