That underoath video is on mtv2 every time i flip by. We all knew they would sell alot less, but with the big mtv push, #24 is understandable

Well, I had no idea that they were getting airtime on mtv, that's pretty sweet. I try to avoid those channels, and I don't watch much TV as is, so you know.

And yeah I mean, it's really pretty good if you ask me, that a band on an indie stayed on for two weeks. I mean look at Coheed, Thursday, and Thrice. They all drop FAST.

That's why I thought a band with a following as strong as Underoath's would have seen a good portion of their sales on the first week and just plummet.

i see the video on MTV2 all the time... haven't seen it on MTV, but I'm glad so many people are still buying this album. No. 24 put them at about 31-32K copies this past week and for a T&N band that number is more than some releases ever sell. almost 130K in 2 weeks! awesome.

I wasn't "wowed" by the cd. It's not really a summer cd either, more like a fall sounding cd. I would call A Collection of Short Stories a summer cd:D ...this one by DC, not so much. I also don't want to sing this one out loud/doesn't inspire me/move me. Good cd jst not what I personally had hoped. :unsure:

I think this is a very good summer cd..maybe late summer but summer nonethless...and yeah you are right hellogoodbye and Houston Calls are great summer cd's

Also, DC sold about 140,000 this week while India Arie sold 160,000....Damn you Starbucks;)

Wow, that's crazy.

Good for DC though. After many run-throughs of this album, I think it's a terrific CD. It's my second favorite DC album, after Places and I hope it brings the band more success. They deserve it; they could be the next big American rock band.

the copy of the dashboard cd i just purchased doesn't play track 6 so long, so long, i was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem or if i was just unlucky in purchasing the only cd that is messed up.
