Most of the covers in this "genre" are just boring copycats of each other. Jade Tree did some good stuff in the late nineties, but im not sure if that is still this "genre/"

I actually dig that one. Creative, interesting colors, not photoshopped gayness involving: mirrors, trees, young scenesters in sad poses, or (the worst) blood stains of any variety.

Basically, anything with just text, the band/artist looking silly in some pose or something that is supposed to be "creepy" or "haunting," because like somebody said before, it looks like the cover for a Goosebumps book.
