The lamb’s head had human features on – the eyes, the nose and the mouth – only the ears were those of a sheep.

Based on my limited knowledge on genetics and such (AP bio), I'd have to say it's pretty much impossible for this to have been a case of sheep-human hybrid. I'm not saying it's a hoax, but there could be a lot of explanations for this beyond that one.

Dude, I don't think they are implying at all that it is a hybrid. It says right in the article that it was probably a result of too much Vitamin A in the mother's system.
