I'd recommend going by album!
You'll get different recs on which album to start with, I'd say go with Make The Clocks Move
Standout tracks are "Noose Dressed Like A Necklace", "Ballgame", "The Longer That I'm Out Here"

Also give Kinsella's solo act, Owen, a try.
