So many carbon copy bands these days. So many overused lyrics, vocal patterns, "Breakdowns" and "epic" parts. Fucking sick of it all! Hear the Sirens may have given me that hope I've been longing for in the new decade.

Judging by the photo on their myspace page, I can see kids go crazy for them. Regardless if it's three kids, or thousands. I am not typically the guy to go into the crowd and get crazy. But, I'd be up front for these guys. "Sum of All Parts" swiftly kicked me in the face. I heard a lot of influence from bands I haven't heard from in a long time and love. It is by far my favorite track they have up, but all of them are great. When I saw this title, I instantly knew it was going to be a great track... "Fuck It, Lets Play". Didn't let me down either. Fast paced, energetic and real.

Overall, if you're into "Lets get in the pit and spin kick people", screaming the songs until your lungs bleed and getting on stage just to get off again, Hear the Sirens is the band for you.
