The Yankees signed that 16 year old kid too. I dunno why they're allowed to sign so young.

International kids are allowed to sign at 16.

I think everyone should have to go in the draft... right now it gives the teams with money too much of an advantage signing these Venezuelan and Dominican kids.

anybody can afford these international kids. they're not signing for a huge amount.
